1. Legal Status
This Agreement, entered into on 2014 by SpinGenie ("the Company"), governs the use of its online gaming services (the "Services"). The Company is licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) to operate a casino in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
2. Registration and Login Process
To access the Services, Users must register an account. This process includes providing personal information, address verification, and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
